RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
In light of its business and the importance of managing events in terms of private security,
Guard'Events is now able to draw on a particularly well-developed pool of security officers, all
credentials combined.
Moreover, in order to strengthen, complete and configure its teams, Guard'Events launches
recruitment campaigns on a regular basis. A variety of tools serve as media:
- Job boards Pôle Emploi (French Governmental Agency registering unemployed persons), temporary
employment agencies, recruitment companies, etc.)
- Print newspapers
- The company website
- Social networks
- Speculative applications submitted to the company
Stringent selection criteria, a file review and a rigorous interview process for security officers
contribute to the establishment of professional, high-performing and dynamic teams..
TRAINING PROCESS
Guard'Events attaches great importance to the professional training and retraining of its officers for
the purposes of career development and updating professional skills. These training and retraining
programmes are provided by training centres specialising in security.
Pursuant to Book VI of the French Internal Security Code, all of our security officers possess a
professional card in dematerialised form issued by the CNAPS (National Council for Private Security
Activities).
Fire safety officers receive specialised training for qualifications in SSIAP types 1, 2 and 3 (Fire Safety
and Assistance to Persons) as defined in the Decree of 2 May 2005.
SALES PROCEDURE

LOGISTICS PROCESS
The logistics department focuses, in particular, on planning and organising all technical support to
ensure the safety assignments undertaken. Each officer is given a professional uniform in accordance
with their title, which is tailored to the location of their workstation. The logistics department
ensures complete availability of all technical equipment and different means of transmission, and
this is totally consistent with the requests of our clients and planned assignments. The proximity of
the logistics department warehouse ensures a highly efficient technical response to any developing
situation.
QUALITY PROCESS
Adapting to change has become an absolute must in our ever-changing sector, hence the
establishment of our quality process. Daily monitoring is performed by a resource outside of the
security teams on site throughout the entire duration of an event, meaning an immediate response
in adapting the requests of our clients to the fair practice of our profession as best as possible. A
